The beautiful 50-year old Kidnap actress Halle Berry did not make it a secret that she was in admiration of the former first daughter Malia Obama.
During Halle’s appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live that aired on August 3, she said that Malia was a wonderful and an amazing personal assistant on the set of Halle’s CBS television show Extant back in 2014. Berry went on to say that former President’s oldest daughter, Malia Obama, was an extremely smart and beautiful young woman.
Halle also gushed about Malia’s parents and said that she could not turn out any other way due to her fabulous mother and her father. Typically, PA’s help out the cast and crew and are assigned to perform tasks like getting coffee.
Berry said that at the time the 19-year Maila tried very hard to do her job despite who her family was and that she had the greatest respect for Maila.
Halle admitted that although Malia shined as a PA, she knew it had to be difficult for her to do her job because not everyone on the set treated her like a regular personal assistant because they were in awe.
The Academy award winning star joked when she told Andy that she thought about asking Maila to get her famous mom and dad on the phone instead of getting her a drink.
It appears that Halle was not the only one taken by the young Obama. Berry’s former Extant cast mate, Camryn Manheim, 56, was also impressed by Malia.
In 2014, Manheim told Entertainment Tonight that Malia was poised, graceful, lovely, charming and a delight to be around. She also said that the entire Obama family was remarkable and that any parent would be proud to have Maila as their daughter.
